Group Health Plan
The Solarflare Group Health Plan is administered by Blue Shield of California with a choice of PPO or HMO plans.

The Solarflare Group Vision Plan is administered by VSP (Vision Service Plan) and the employee’s coverage is provided at no cost to the employee.
Group Term Life
Regular full-time employees and certain part-time employees receive 1x Annual Salary worth of group term life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance coverage (to a limit of $250,000).
Long Term Disability Insurance
After 90 consecutive days of disability, the employee becomes eligible for 60% of salary up to $8,000 per month with no cost to the employee.
401(k) Plan
Solarflare offers its regular full-time and certain part-time employees over the age of 21 a 401(k) Plan run by Securian Retirement Services.
Flexible Benefits Plan
The Flexible Benefits Plan (Section 125 Cafeteria Plan) is a voluntary employee benefit plan, which permits employees to pay for certain eligible expenses with pre-tax dollars.
