The 10Xpress 10Gbps Ethernet transceiver solution includes all of the physical layer (PHY) functions required to interface a 10 Gigabit Ethernet media access controller (MAC) to Category-5e or better unshielded twisted-pair (UTP) copper media. 10Xpress is a breakthrough solution based on Solarflare’s unique analog and digital signal processing algorithms that make it possible to implement a powerful communications system using cost effective technology.
